Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Techlarify. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for both one-time purchases and subscription plans.

Important: In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, you have the right to cancel any purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, without needing to provide a reason.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

2.1 All Purchases:

You may request a full refund for any purchase (one-time pass or subscription) within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. This applies to:

  • One-time 24-hour passes
  • Monthly subscription first payments
  • Any other purchase made through our Service

2.2 How to Request:

To request a refund within the 14-day window, you can either email us at support@techlarify.com or contact Paddle support directly at paddle.com/support. See Section 7 below for detailed instructions.

2.3 No Questions Asked:

You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund within the 14-day period. This is your right under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. Recurring Subscription Payments

3.1 Subsequent Payments:

After the initial 14-day refund window, recurring monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds:

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel:

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription"
  • Managing your subscription through Paddle (our payment processor)

4.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date, and will not be charged again.

4.3 No Refund on Cancellation:

Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or charged an incorrect amount, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.

7. How to Request a Refund

7.1 Contact Information:

You can request a refund through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Us Directly

Contact us at support@techlarify.com with the following information:

  • Your order/transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request (optional - not required within 14-day window)

Option 2: Contact Paddle Support

Since all payments are processed through Paddle, you can also request a refund directly through Paddle support at paddle.com/support. Provide the same information listed above.

7.2 Processing Time:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests made after the 14-day refund window if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same user across different purchases
  • Patterns of purchasing and refunding repeatedly
  • Fraudulent refund claims

Note: The 14-day refund window remains absolute. All refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored regardless of usage level.

9. Exceptions

Refund decisions are made at our discretion. We may grant exceptions to this policy in cases of extraordinary circumstances or goodwill.

All payments are processed through Paddle. For payment-related questions, you may also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.com/support.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
