Techlarify ("the Service") is operated by Glick Enterprise. By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Techlarify provides AI-powered technical support guidance for common technology setup and error troubleshooting. The Service is designed to help non-technical users understand and resolve everyday tech issues.
3.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to obtain technical guidance for legitimate technology issues.

4.2 Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions and one-time passes are available with usage limits as follows: one-time passes provide up to 24 requests within 24 hours, and monthly subscriptions provide up to 300 requests per month. Prices are displayed in USD and processed through our payment provider (Paddle).
4.3 Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or through Paddle (our payment processor). When you cancel, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. Important: Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. See our Refund Policy for details on how refunds affect access.
4.4 Resubscription: If you have cancelled your subscription but still have access until the end of your billing period, you may resubscribe at any time before that date. Resubscribing removes the scheduled cancellation, and your subscription will continue automatically at the next billing date. No immediate charge occurs when you resubscribe—billing resumes on your original billing schedule.
4.5 Plan Changes: You may upgrade from a one-time pass to a monthly subscription at any time. When you upgrade, your previous plan is superseded by the new plan, and you will be charged for the new plan immediately. Downgrades are not currently supported. Important: If you receive a refund for any purchase, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked upon refund approval, as the payment for that access period has been returned to you. This is different from canceling a subscription, which allows you to retain access until the end of your billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techlarify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Consumer Protection Rights: Nothing in this section shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer in the United States, you may have additional rights under federal and state consumer protection laws.
